Providing excellent quality home care services for the elderly and disabled was the mission of Bob Zangas when he started All Metro Health Care in 1987 after trying to obtain good home care services for family members.

Bob Zangas, being a long time member and past president of the Rotary Club of St. Louis has always followed the Rotary Four Way Test in the operation of All Metro Health Care.
